Red Nose Day

Red Nose Day will be celebrated at Cove School on Friday 20^th March and we’re all looking forward to a chance to get together for some fun and raise money for charity. It is always a great opportunity for students to learn valuable life skills and gain understanding and empathy for the difficulties other people endure both locally and across the world.

On Friday 20^th March, we will be having a mufti day and other activities to raise money for a great cause. Students will be required to donate £1 via their Scopay account (under the ‘other products’ section) in order to wear their own clothes. This donation will be donated to charity.  

Students should bring £1 with them on the day to donate and gain access to the audience for the Cove Inter-House Darts Competition. 

During AM and PM registration students will be designing their own red noses, with the winning design earning fame and glory for their house.

Comic Relief is a UK charity which aims to create a just world free from poverty. 

We will also be using Red Nose Day as a learning opportunity to explore the issues facing young people across the world, and how the money we raise as a nation can help.
