Uniform during hot weather

Due to the increased temperatures continuing, we would encourage students to attend school in their summer uniform or in PE kit until the end of term. It would need to be one or the other and not a mix and match of summer uniform and PE kit.

Please ensure that your son/daughter attends school with a water bottle, there are a number of water fountains on the school site. The toilets in the foyer will remain open and students will be able to access these at lesson change over and if their need is desperate during lesson time.

Classrooms that reach unacceptable temperatures will be re-roomed or classes taken outside.

We encourage all students to attend school as normal. We will contact you again if there are any further changes to the normal school day.
