The Aspire Programme for
Ambitious Students (Years 7–9)

ASPIRE care, character, academic excellence The Aspire Programme at Cove School is a bespoke, long-term initiative designed to raise aspirations, nurture ambition, and enhance the future life chances of highly motivated students.

Launched with its first cohort in Autumn 2025, this fully-funded programme supports twenty three selected students from Year 8, while sitting within a broader ambition pathway that will span from Years 7 to 9 by Autumn 2026. Students are selected based on their potential, curiosity, and drive, and are supported to develop the confidence, resilience, and intellectual curiosity needed to thrive.

The programme reflects a shared vision: to provide an exceptional platform for ambitious students to fulfil their potential. Through challenging academic enrichment, mentoring, aspiration raising opportunities, and exposure to inspiring role models, students gain a clearer understanding of future academic pathways and career possibilities.

Rooted in a culture of high expectations, the Aspire Programme demonstrates Cove School’s commitment to ensuring that all talented students, regardless of background, are empowered to aim high and succeed.
