Results Day Information

GCSE Examination Results Day - Thursday 20th August 2026

We are looking forward to welcoming our Year 11 students to school on Thursday 20th August 2026 to collect their GCSE examination results.

Results will be available for collection from 9:30am. Students should enter the school site via the MFL Block gate entrance, where staff will be based outside the Year 7 Zone to distribute results in person. Members of staff will also be available throughout the morning to offer support, answer questions and celebrate students' achievements.

Please note that the gates will close at 11:00am. Any results that have not been collected by this time will be securely stored and can be collected from the school reception at the beginning of the new academic year.

If your child is unable to collect their results in person and would like someone else to do so on their behalf, this must be authorised in writing in advance. Please email me with the name of the person who will be collecting the results. The nominated person must bring photographic identification on the day before the results can be released.

We hope that all students will be pleased with their results. However, if there are any queries regarding grades or the results process, please speak to the relevant Head of Department or our Exams Officer, Mrs Wyatt, who will be available to discuss the options and provide advice.
